It happened twice during my game, both times involved a bird in the Forest though it was different birds. Once the White Crowned Sparrow would not accept additional eggs (though I successfully laid eggs on it before and there was space for additional eggs) and the second time involved a Great Crested Flycatcher. In both cases, I could lay eggs on other birds in the Forest. (And when the Great Crested Flycatcher would not accept an addition egg, on that move, the White Crowned Sparrow did.)
