2 player game, my opponent has already has this achievement, therefore my board (RicardoRix) should show a blank tile over Coal Hauler, and from the screen shot it doesn't. I checked the game log as well and it mentions my opponent getting this achievement also.

The blank token looks like a flipped (used) over token.

Sorry I've got my tokens mixed up, I meant to say 'Hauling Action' not 'Coal Hauler'.

So the Coal Hauler DOES show the blank token. :thumbsup:

The Hauler Action DOESN'T show the blank token.

OK. The reason that you do not have the blank token is that you did not fulfil the condition for this token yet. Of course it would be possible to give the last player the blank token as a reminder that this token is not available anymore, but I strictly followed the rules here which say: "If a player unlocks a white progress marker that is not in the general supply, that player receives a white blank marker and places it on the appropriate space of his player board."

Yes you are right, that does match the rules.

However, I discussed this issue with Brett_Schmitt while we were playing together. He seemed to agree. I think it's quite obvious that this is not the best way to handle the situation, and makes it tedious to keep looking over at other player boards and note whether you potentially can or cannot later get an achievement. TBH what is the point of the blank markers if not to aid the player? If you were playing this game at home then you would certainly play it this way.

I suggest changing the layout of the stacks of progress tokens, in order to respect the order of locations on the player boards. This would make it much easier to determine which tokens are still available.
