In catan cities and knights, a maximum of 5 settlements and 4 cities are allowed. One player whose city was pillaged and reduced to a settlement had rebuilt the settlement to a city, so the cities built increased to 1 but available settlements remained 0 and the player now had only 4 settlements, 1 city but 0 settlements left to build• Da li je kršenje pravila vidljivo na ponovljenom snimku igre? turn 467 for blue
refresh doesnt resolve issue, and it affects game play
i didnt realize i was down to 4 settlements (same circumstances, lost city, build 5 settlements, rebuild city but did not get a settlement back to my supply). It occurred again after i built 2nd city, so am now down to 3 settlements supply

Issue happened in my game #581067367. When the barbarians came, myself on Firefox and another user on Chrome both lost a city. Then we both created new cities. But only later did we notice that I had the correct remaining number of settlements, but the Chrome user has 4 settlements in play and no remaining settlements. All on Windows 10 machines.
Total number of cities was correct for all users. All 3 users in the game could see the same 0 remaining settlements for the affected user, even after an F5 refresh for all of us, and the user couldn't build their 5th settlement, so I'm guessing it's a server-side bug, but maybe triggered by the way the data was sent by the browser.

Earlier i had lost my city due to barbarian attack. Now my total number of settlements is 4 instead of 5.
I got to know that when in the situation in the imgur URL above, i wanted to build a 5th settlement at the brick port: there was no option to do that, the game automatically placed a knight instead of a settlement.
I also just posted it at boardgamearena.com/bug?id=74816

Table #617391460 move #502 on silk browser. I didn't realize i was down to 4 settlements (same circumstances, lost city, build 5 settlements, rebuild city but did not get a settlement back to my supply). It occurred again after i built 2nd city(I noticed then as I was going to build a settlement that turn. (Note could an admin help as it is a current game turn based)) if not I will call for end game vote.
