If a player has 0 coins and all 3 0 bids have been taken:
A new message is shown in the top bar (to be translated)
If player has any resources that can be sold:
New option is shown to sell some resource(s) to allow for a legal bid
Else:
Message informs the player that they must concede.
This emergency sale can ONLY be used if the conditions above are met. Otherwise you must plan ahead and sell resources if you want the flexibility to bid high.
