I've looked at the replay but I'm struggling to understand at which point you are claiming there is a problem. Your report says move 34, but no such card was activated at that point. Playing through the early game, I only saw the move where you first played trading post. This was handled correctly, as you only had one unit in a forest (the civil building you'd just placed - note that your military unit was not on a forest), so you got 3 coins as expected.
Please give more detail as to exactly what the bug was and when, or I will close this report.
