The action bar is vertical and not scrollable.

Especially for newcomers to the game playing for their very-first time on BGA: I believe some clear visual indicator of this 'distinct scrollable region' would be helpful (... but I really cannot imagine how you would make it look nice.)

I didn't realize that the card/resource selection was scrollable until just now when I accidentally bumped my mouse wheel.
If a user only uses scrollbars (and not mousewheels or gestures for scrolling), they cannot discover that this region was scrollable, right?
