You should now see the agent's card tooltip, both when hovering over the "Activate Agent" button at the top, and when hovering over the agent piece on the board.
I admit I'm not totally sold on the agent piece tooltips; they're a little distracting, when moving the mouse around the board. But I'll keep it there for now and see if anyone complains.
