1. The player choses gold as the initial resource and confirms

Bug #1: the game doesn't display the initial resource in the interface

2. Opponent takes his turn. Then the player collects 1 stone, 2 shields and 1 gold from the market.

Bug #2: during the managing resources phase (on the left of the player board) the initial gold is missing

3. The player then puts the stone at the top, 2 shields in the middle, and 1 gold at the bottom (with plenty of space). Game says "0 discarded". Clicks confirm.

Bug #3: Both players get 1 faith each for no reason. This is completely broken. Neither of them should get faith here.

Bug #4: throughout the replay, all 4 leader cards are showing (including the two cards that were discarded during setup).
