if a player completes a shelfie (a row) that row cannot be used anymore by other players (if a player crosses a row other players can still play on that row).
I don't think you are right, if you follow the official rules. Above, you have a screenshot from the official rules published on BGG. Could you please read it?
I fixed it now but of course the game will continue with column 1 free, column 2 if filled should be blocked.
