I tried looking for the button but it's not there. I switched back and forth between my characters and tried taking actions with the other one first but it didn't make the Loyal Friend option show up.

Could you clarify what that means? If I have a turn-based game and I _never_ used it before the bug I'm safe? But if I used it at any point it is now broken forever? Or will it come back after a new round?
