Sometimes I don't hear the notification and the game starts without me. Some players take advantage of it, and expell you so they can win the Arena competition. It is not fair play.
What I always do, it is to "abandon collectevely", after waiting a few minutes, so nobody loses points without playing.
It shouln't give you the option, at the beggining of the game, to expell someone. After any move it is ok, I understand (still I try not to reject anyone).
