For example, here, you got only 3 tiles which are face down. WIth 4 hazards, it's now impossible to finish for all players. When playing with 4 hazards, the round should stop when no-one succeeded and there's strictly less than 4 face-down tiles.
Also, here, you can see this special combination of Dream Card + Hazards is very though. I think that, even when better than we did, it's nearly impossible to make it without cheer luck.
1. Ending early when one can win: Yes, this has been in consideration, and will be prioritized.
2. Avoiding very tough combinations: We will try to discuss this with the game designer.
