I can confirm this. I've also noticed some others:

I'm seeing another variation of this:
I'm using Mr. Jack in English, but get some prompts, like character selection, in what I'm quite sure is Spanish.
This while my only languages are English and Dutch.

I have had a mix of English + Spanish, English + French, English + a non-latin alphabet language (all within the same game/table)

I have seen this in the white horizontal banner that tells you what moves are happening (e.g. "You must pick primero de dos personajes") and in the popup box that tells you that Mr. Jack has been arrested.

The English language is what I use and want, And that is what I get, However when the it game Prompts my turn, this instruction is always in the language of my opponent.

The action bar came up in French once when playing a French player. And I was some Japanese in the log on the previous game. ##### (Japanese characters) won.

When the game finishes the test displayed is in the language of your opponent at the time. It happened twice to me. Once in Italian and another one in French.

I'm not sure if this is the same bug, but I noticed it switching languages after the replay. "You must pick 1 [non-english]". It was showing fine before the replay.

I just played game 169171061and had untranslated/incorrectly translated text (in French, not English for me) when saying "You must pick 1 character" and "You must pick 2 characters."

Yes, some texts are the language of my opponent, which doesn't make sense at all.
It is easily verifiable, not sure why this but it's not yet acknowledged.

The text at the top of the screen said "You must pick le premier de vos deux personnages." I skipped the table and when I came back everything was in English. The correct text is available in the translation system. I am using Google Chrome on a computer.

On table #312312187 I found several texts not translated, some to be found in translation headquarter and others not.

IN HEADQUARTER:
Character:
„mandatory“ (only missing for the character of Jeremy Bert, for other characters it's correct)

Actions:
„one character“ and „first out of two characters“

I've had this happen in a few games, seemingly randomly. "You must pick the first of two personages" came up in French in my last game. I've also had Russian in a previous game, which is at least a stated language for me (French is not).
