no , but it was after move 49 and move 77. first time I had 7 cards and my +card bonus should be +1 @ blue world "Gem world" , +3 @ "Consumers market" , but I got 1 card less (up to 10).Second time I had same setup as before + merchant guild ( should get 6 cards ) , but I got less again. Both cases was observed by me and other witness near screen.
