Turns 302 and 319 are identical except that my opponent had one card less. He had to use it to get out of position 302. If he had had another identical card, he would have been able to reproduce the same escape, but I would not have been able to go back to that position because of the current stale game rule.

RQ: It was not the case and therefore the game result would not have been different with a correct rule taking into account the players cards
