First, it is ridiculous that I report a problem that prevent me to load the page and receive a penality for not being able to finish the game in time.

Second. It is a bug. By Merriam-webster definition, a bug is:

2 : an unexpected defect, fault, flaw, or imperfection
the software was full of bugs

Perfectly fit in this scenary and lets remind.

This is the msg I received again when loading the page to get the number of the page.

It was the second report I made. It happened 4 times in 4 different tables.

I know it is pointless to just remind you guys to revert the punishment, but I wish to see this problem dealt with. It is preventing me from playing and really making other players lose their tables for something I cannot do anything about.

I said it is not a GAME bug. I can't do anything about BGA bug.
Also, if it were a consistent bug others should have reported this issue as well.
However, I cannot replicate this and nobody reports a similar accident somehow...
It's more likely to be a temporary internet connection problem rather than a bug.

There is another report made by me, a few hours before, for another table (and yeah, it is not just in Seven game. I believe one was in Hanabi). I was logged in a different computer and in a different place. I also tried to log on my mobile. The problem persisted. The 4 times problem happened with a considerable time spam. The only time I didn't used the "get me out of there button" is the time I was karma penalyzed (still ridiculous that I am punished for a table where i reported a bug).

Yes, It is weird nobody else reported the bug. It says it is a problem with the language module, but my settings preferences are in english and not portuguese. I am not sure if someone else than game developers should check this out. Perhaps this is a general problem starting now, so, maybe you can move my report to them? Even if so far, today, nothing happened.
