i played a card which would allow me to trigger the escape special round
however due to expelling of an earlier inactive player the game struggled in skipping the expelled player after several refreshes.
this resulted in all players having to quit and due to this bug i also gained a time penalty -

It does sound like there is a bug with a zombie player, so I will investigate that.
